Come and enjoy this quiet T1, between Moissac and Montech in the countryside, renovated, super equipped, functional, on one level and overlooking a wooded plot. Shared swimming pool.
Grocery store, postal service, tennis court and bowling alley in the village are within walking distance. Walking, fishing 900 m from the canal of the two seas and cycle path. Shopping areas and motorway access 10 km away.

A few kilometers from the city of Montauban, historically known for its natural history museum (Ingres), the old convents of the church of Saint Jacques, its Place Nationale, surrounded by double arcades, bordered by pedestrian streets, giving access to countless shops of all kinds, and many other places to visit.
Our accommodations are located in a quiet and secure place. At a close distance of 800 meters, there is a beautiful garden called Larroque, to be discovered, with lots of greenery, flowers and animals, on a lake. Walks, to be done on the outskirts of the shady village.
Getting around
Possibility to travel by bike, along the Canal des 2 mers. For longer distances, bus lines are well connected, 500 metres away.
There are also plenty of car parking spaces in the surrounding towns.
