Apartment Kanat IV is located on the second floor of a house, offering the convenience of being just a minute's walk away from beaches, the harbor, restaurants, bars, and grocery shops. For additional shopping needs, the mall and several supermarkets are a quick 10-minute drive away in the town of Labin. The apartment spans a total area of 72 m², featuring a 5 m² balcony.

BEDROOMSThere are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed (180×200 cm) with an attached bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds (90×200 cm) with an attached bathroom. Extremely comfortable beds with damask bed linen ensure a luxurious bedtime sleep.
BATHROOMSThree bathrooms, two of which are attached to the bedrooms, equipped with a walk-in shower and a sink.
BALCONYThe covered balcony of 5 m² features a panoramic smaller round dining table for enjoying morning breakfasts. From there, you can enjoy a sea view of the Rabac bay—a striking sight, especially at night. The balcony and sea invite visitors to linger, relax, and enjoy each other's company.

AMAZING! The placed was so clean and the views were breathtaking. Communication was fantastic and they even provided restaurant recommendations after we checked in. The patio was perfect size for 4 people to enjoy meals on. We loved that they provided all the essentials for us to enjoy our stay, including spices for cooking, coffee, filters and even water & juice in the fridge. The location was also perfect and it was easy to access and walk to restaurants and the water. Definately book your stay here, you won't regret it!

A fabulous stay at Rabac - and Jelena and Francesco were super helpful. Great view over the bay and we were able to explore the local area
