What We Love
Quiet stretches of pristine beach await less than 45 miles from Wilmington International Airport. Enjoy abundant sunshine, sand, and surf on your upcoming island getaway to North Topsail Beach when you book this premier, three-story property in North Carolina. Be one of the first guests to stay in this gorgeous new build, a coastal contemporary offering exclusive access to the beach and a location convenient to all of the holiday necessities, such as a local coffee shop, smoothies, freshly caught seafood market, grocery delivery services (Instacart), golf, and tennis. Several restaurants and attractions are nearby, including the Sea Turtle Rescue Center and the Wildlife Public Boat Launch. Tennis, basketball, and a playground are within walking distance.
The White Lotus offers comfort and relaxation while showcasing barefoot luxury at its best. Spend tranquil and refreshing evenings swimming in the saltwater in-ground pool after an invigorating day exploring the beach. This home boasts a convenient outdoor shower, gas grill, plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas, and pool/beach towels, along with a sundry of beach games for guests’ use. Sunset sips are ideally enjoyed on the rooftop deck, where guests are invited to stunning views of the crashing waves and, to the west, of the setting sun as it dips below the horizon over the intercoastal waterway, painting the sky in vibrant hues before the stars join the stage.
From the garage entry, an elevator makes grocery and luggage transport a breeze. Mudroom hooks and towels are readily available here, along with a place to stow those shoes.
On the first floor of the living space, multiple bedrooms are offered, along with laundry and an expansive ocean-front covered deck that is the perfect space for your first cup of morning coffee. You don’t have to go far to fetch that caffeinated brew if you’ve elected to rest your head in the Ocean Primary, a large bedroom that is outfitted with a built-in desk for those working remotely, wall-mounted smart TV, reliable WiFi, an armoire, drawer storage, and coffee bar, complete with your own personal Nespresso machine and pods. The en suite bath merges form and function in a beautiful way, with its custom-built white oak double vanity, deep drawers, water closet, and glass-enclosed wet room for soaking tub and shower use. The owners wish to make your stay as comfortable as possible, with hair dryers in each bath, luxury Italian linens on the beds, Portuguese cotton throw blankets, and all of the amenities you would expect when you travel well.
Floor two seamlessly blends aesthetics from the floor below with genuine hardwoods in wide-plank format and large windows to highlight water views from every bedroom. The living space is flooded with natural light at all hours of the day, but blackout shades will protect your sleep (and privacy) should you prefer. Breathtaking views of the ocean can be seen from the front foyer and deck, through the home, to the back patio. Indoor/outdoor living is encouraged on this back patio with a pair of plush outdoor sofas, a teak dining table, and many all-weather Adirondack chairs poised perfectly to slow down and breathe in the salt air. Dine alfresco, play cards, enjoy the breeze, or simply take a well-needed nap.
An elegant chef’s kitchen is appointed with high-end stainless steel appliances, an oversized island and stools, and natural stone countertops. Find two spacious fridge/freezer units, two trash/recycling pull-outs, two dishwashers, a built-in microwave, a wine fridge, a coffee maker, a bar sink, and so much more. When it’s time to unwind and relax, spread out comfortably in the nearby open floor-plan living space beneath the vaulted ceiling, furnished with designer touches. This house was perfect for a group of five friends to gather together with their families, with plenty of space for all. The location was ideal, with stunning views of the ocean and sound, and the home was clean and well-appointed. We are already thinking of booking it again for next summer!

Love the beauty of the home, high ceilings, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms for all. PLENTY of beach chairs and floats. Does not have Kcups coffee maker, but the drip one in the kitchen. Love the 2 large refrigerators and 2 dishwashers. Comfortable beds and please of sitting around space. Did not even have to use our shampoo, body wash, hand soap or toilet paper. They also provided dishwasher soap. We were there 5 nights, perfect location.

Loved the location, all the amenities and bathrooms for all. Beautiful home. Just wish they would of had a Keurig coffee pot,we asked for one and they said no. Also wanted a bigger pot for cooking and no to that as well. Loved everything else, including shampoo, body wash and toilet paper and all the starter things you need. Loved the pool, having pool towels, size of space, easy private access to the beach and loads of beach chairs and pool floats and toys.

We received a phone call from Vacasa 10 minutes before arriving at White Lotus to tell us there was an issue with the door leading from the house to the pool....it was broken and would not be fixed the week of our stay. When we arrived, we tried the keypad code given to us to get in the house and it did not work. After several call to Vacasa, each time to a different person, we were given a code to get in. I asked that lady to text me that code in case I did not remember it, she never did. On one of the calls they told me there was lockbox with a house key, the box was rusty and I could not get in. Since there is not enough space to tell of several other issues, I will close with I have been a VRBO customer for 10 years for rentals in the US, Mexico and Spain and I would advise VRBO to terminate their relationship with Vacasa.
