Very responsive host. Great location for visiting downtown. Beds were too soft. It is the only thing that could have been better. Ok for the couple days we stayed. Place was clean and well kept.

The property was very well represented online. It was perfect for the weekend. My only complaint would be the path leading up to the house was very unsafe. Especially arriving later on in the dark. My friend has an issue with eyesight, and there were loose rocks and poorly graded sidewalks getting to the property. He almost fell a few times.

Four adults stayed for five days. Given that amount of time, this probably wasn’t the best choice of property because there is no gathering space except for the front porch. It would have been nice for that to be abundantly clear on the description.
Additionally, the number of towels for four adults upon arrival was one per person for five days. Wouldn’t have been an issue if there was laundry onsite, but there wasn’t. We contacted the property manager and another set per person was delivered the next morning. Again, not exactly ideal for a guesthouse when the booking is for five days but we made do.
Other than that, the sleeping arrangements were comfortable and the house was very close to Lucas Oil where our conference was being held.
