The three-bedroom, three full bathroom home sleeps 10 comfortably.
Our home features a spacious primary suite with king-sized bed, sitting area, television, fireplace, and ensuite, including a walk-in closet, soaking jacuzzi tub, double vanity, and shower. Rejuvenate with a cup of coffee or unwind with a glass of wine on your private, spacious loft with two separate sitting areas, overlooking the lake. The second bedroom hosts a cozy queen-sized bed, generous-sized closet, and ensuite with vanity and shower. The huge Bunk Room sleeps six comfortably, featuring two full-sized beds and two twin beds with easy to connect television for a kids' delightful night of gaming or movies.
Savor the peaceful private study for quiet time or visiting. The study has additional sleeping space options. The generous-sized dining room with a modern farmhouse-style table that comfortably hosts your guests, with an adjacent sitting area, ideal for catching up or reading with incredibly beautiful lake views.
You can relish in culinary adventures around town or create memorable moments by cooking together in this kitchen with all the amenities. Fully equipped with everything you need from pots and pans, dishes, flatware, cooking tools, knives, drinkware, and serving platters. The kitchen also features stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, wall oven, and electric range. The security system features two security cameras, one in the front of the house, and one in the backyard.
If you are bringing your pet(s) you must let us know in writing in advance of your visit. Please do not allow pets to sleep on beds and remember to clean up after your pets. There is an additional fee to bring your furry friends.
There is a coded lock on the front door that you will use for access. A unique code will be sent to you prior to check in. Please LOOK OUT for Bald Eagles. They are known to fly above the loft area while fishing on the lake.

Home was great - just what we needed! We were in town for a family reunion at my nephew's in Nunica. Home was much bigger than I understood from the pictures - there was plenty of room for the ten of us to spread out. Home was super clean and walkable to many bars and restaurants.

Overall, the property was fine for our family of 10 to stay but nothing more. The inside space we found to be as listed in terms of the available bedrooms and living spaces to spread out in. We did not feel crammed and we did like the neighborhood. It was quiet and near the water. However, there are many updates or simple necessities that are needed for staying in a house that were lacking. As a group, we have stayed in the area many times and found other properties to be more comfortable. In general, this space lacked usable dishes, towels, and pans. For instance, the plates were not microwave safe but clearly others have used them in the microwave and therefore they were peeling. Another example would be oven mitts that had holes in them. The same could be true of certain towels and pans in the home with regards to their upkeep. When we arrived, the coffee pot was not emptied from the previous renter and there were multiple places that were not entirely clean (flies on window sills, crumbs on counter, etc). Additionally, there were many things that need repair like toilet paper holder falling off the walls, tub front panel that fell multiple times, etc. One other concern was the yard space. It was usable yet had many weeds and needs better maintenance and landscaping to make it the "outside oasis" it was described as.
