This house is Beautiful-just like the pictures. The house has been updated very nicely. Beds were comfortable and it is within walking distance to a very fun area with lots of shops and restaurants. If you have a car, be mindful that parking is VERY limited. The listing says it is "available", but there is not a driveway. You can only park one side of the street and only during certain times. We loved our stay! and loved the area! Wonderful host!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is in a fantastic location—right in the Baker District and just minutes from downtown Denver. It’s an easy walk to Broadway, where you'll find great restaurants, coffee shops, and donut spots. The house is ideal for multiple families and pet-friendly, with a spacious front and backyard. We’re already looking forward to our next stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was a cute place to stay and accommodated our family nicely. It was fairly clean, some areas could use a little bit more work. I found it strange and inconvenient that the bathrooms had no towel racks. I had to use door knobs or hang over cabinet doors. Don't get that. The layout was useful. The yard was a bit mangy. Had expected it to be nice to sit outside, it was just ok.
