A private entrance leads to the apartment via a short external flight of steps, offering easy access and a sense of privacy.

The open-plan living area is bright, modern and designed for comfort. The contemporary kitchen features an island with seating for two and includes a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, built-in oven, microwave, hob, kettle and toaster.
