Hermosa Casa en Spring Valley

Great location. Communication with owner was excellent. It was small but perfect for 2 people.I would rate a 5 but a few little things needed attention for my standards. I prefer kitchen towels, dishcloths, etc. not just paper towels. The bathroom had only 4 (very nice) bath towels but no washcloths and only one hand towel. The fans in the bedroom needed a good cleaning. I would rent again without hesitation.

Great location hidden in the hills. Clean and cozy!!

The space and aesthetics are very cozy and welcoming. It was perfect for a quick weekend trip to Old Town San Diego and close to freeways and location. It is on a canyon winding street and somewhat dark at night. The host was quick to respond. It sleeps 4 people. Two teenager daughter shared one bed. One adult on the other bed. I slept on the convertible couch bed in the living room. Four stars instead of 5 because of the dog barking close to the kitchen window. Other then that it was great! I would rent there again.

Communication with the host was excellent. The location was in a good area. The space was clean however the pictures makes the place look bigger than what it is. The beds were hard. Air conditioning only in the main area and not in the bedrooms which made the sleep areas uncomfortable. Also, the refrigerator is a mini fridge like you keep in a door room.
