We make beach days easy with complimentary beach chairs, an umbrella, beach towels, children’s beach toys and a cooler.
Inside, you’ll find nearly 700 square feet of comfortable living space with two bedrooms, one full bathroom, central A/C, Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen. The living and dining area is ideal for breakfast before the beach or relaxing after a day exploring Treasure Island.

Visited our sons for their birthday’s. We had such a great time. The cottage was great and the host, James, was very accommodating. He was gracious, allowed us to stay another night at no additional cost after our flight was cancelled due to a tropical storm. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved the property and how close it was to the beach however the beds were uncomfortable and the main road was on one side making it noisy. The town around the condo was also a little run down.

We stayed 5 nights and it was amazing. The location is amazing. Really close to the beach. The cottage was amazing. Had just about everything we needed.

This property is right on the corner of a very busy and very noisy street. Wasn't able to get a good nights' rest or even an afternoon nap.
The floors need a good scrubbing. Kitchen had ants coming in the uncalked area under cabinets. And, unit smells musty.
