Beautiful property! Well furnished and stocked. Great communication from hosts. Convenient for shopping needs. Bonus was a front row seats for the local July 4th fireworks show.

This is nice house in a safe, relatively new neighborhood development, with easy access to downtown Bowling Green and Western Kentucky University. We did notice that some of the towels and wash cloths in the bathrooms, as well as the kitchen towel, are showing their age.

The home was wonderful—comfortable beds, ample space for our family, and very clean. However, I encountered significant challenges when trying to communicate through the VRBO app. I received only automated messages that failed to address my questions and simply repeated the same information. Traveling with young children, I inquired multiple times about the possibility of an early check-in but received no direct response, just more automated replies. This was quite frustrating. After texting the property manager without any response, I eventually called and finally got an answer, but only after I had arrived at the property. This experience added unnecessary stress to our trip.
