About this apartment rental
Come enjoy your stay at our lake front condo on Lake Winnisquam. Our unit is located on the second floor and boasts a beautiful view of the lake with a well- manicured large yard for games and activities for the whole family to enjoy. The premises is equipped with a large fire pit facing the lake, with plenty of wood for all to enjoy! Just sit back and relax and enjoy the view. Our lake front has a gradual decline into deeper water, so it is great for beginner swimmers, and wonderful for relaxing in a beach chair in the water. There is a swim out dock available for guests (trampoline with slide) as well as Kayaks to enjoy exploring beautiful Lake Winnisquam. Inside you will enjoy a large fully equipped kitchen to prepare your meals with ease during your vacation. If you prefer to eat out, we are just a 3-minute walk to The Lobster Connection and the infamous Winnisquam Country Store, Winnisquam Country Creamery. We are also directly located across the street from Margarets Kitchen, which is known for their great breakfast! If you are looking for a fun activity, we are also a 3-minute walk to Pirate's Cove mini- golf. We are about a 5-8 minute drive to the Tilton Outlets if you are looking to shop! We are 15-20 min ride to Weirs Beach, Bank of America NH Pavilion, and the World's largest Arcade! If you are looking for outdoor activities, we are close to Gunstock, many hiking trails and the rail trail!! We do have dock space for additional fee.

We had such an amazing time here! Very clean, comfortable bed! Amazing view, very relaxing. Close to everything! Walked to the country store at the corner. Cute little store that has everything! Went to Dox for dinner and even went star gazing at Castle in the Cloud. Even went to a natural spring!

Great spacious apartment, lovely deck with access to the lake. We were able to roast marshmallows on the fire using the communal fire pit. Convenient store a few doors down and next to a delicious place to eat lobster rolls.

We stayed 3 nights. The location was perfect. We could be at the water then go in for lunch and right back in the water. It was my husband and I (seniors) with our granddaughter and her friend. They slept on the pull out and said it was very comfortable. We had a fire at night and walked down for ice cream. Everything we needed was available. I guess the best way to sum it up is to say we now booked a Week next summer! Can’t wait.

Jessica’s place is a very lovely, spotless clean apartment with a private access to the lake. We loved using the kayaks made available to us! Jessica has provided very clear instructions, as well as great local tips that were all within walkable distance or a very short drive.
We highly recommend this place to enjoy a short break, and we would rent again In a heartbeat!
