Apartment for rent in Gallipoli, 4/5 beds, located on the ground floor of a new residential complex, in an enslaved and strategic area due to its proximity to the regional and city communication routes, about m. 200 from the renowned Lido San Giovani, to sandy beaches that alternate between bathing and free establishments; to the promenade of the Galileo Galilei promenade from which you can reach the city center.
The apartment, fully air-conditioned, consists of two bedrooms, one double with an opening bed, the other with two beds, if necessary to be composed in a double, a bathroom with shower, living room with sofa bed, kitchen, front veranda and front and rear garden with the possibility of dining outside.
An alarm system, LCD TV, mosquito nets and appliances are provided: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and hairdryer.
No animals.
The 5th person pays € 10.00 per day.
Extra costs on request: double bed linen € 15.00 and single bed € 10.00; bath towels per person € 10.00; car garage € 50.00; use of air conditioners € 0.30 per kw / h.

Accueil fabuleux avec Maria et Giuseppe.
On nous a offert des produits régionaux de leurs production personnelle : vin, huile d'olive, legumes du jardins, pâtes fraîches... Et cerise sur le gâteau, un plat d'aubergines farcies: un regale !
L'appartement est conforme à l'annonce, très propre, grand et très fonctionnel.
Prévoir petit supplément pour la clim (17€ pour deux semaines à 5 personnes ).
L'emplacement est idéal à proximité de la mer, de deux supermarchés situés à 5 mn à pied et à 10 mn du Front de mer pour les ballades nocturnes.
Ce qui nous a le plus marqué lors de notre séjour , c'est la disponibilité de Maria et Giuseppe, ce sont des personnes adorables.
Nous vous conseillons cette location pour un séjour en famille au calme.

Juste un petit point à voir: la literie du grand lit, nous l'avons trouvé un peu juste (donne mal au dos).

Abbiamo soggiornato io , mio marito e i nostri 2 bambini in questa deliziosa casetta vicina al mare e a due supermercati ben forniti raggiungibili a piedi. Le foto rispecchiano fedelmente quello che si trova. Ampi spazi luminosi dotati di ogni confort. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e disponibili. Vivamente consigliato.
