`HappyDaze` is a wonderfully updated, pet-friendly, 2 BR/1BA ground-floor condo located in the heart of Deerfield Resort, directly next to the community pool, tennis/pickleball courts, sand volleyball, and playground! Enjoy breathtaking lake and ridge views from the covered wrap-around deck with a luxurious, private, 7-person hot tub! Regularly used by its owners, this retreat is designed to be the ultimate accommodation for two small families.

Living Area: Relax on the sectional sofa, chaise lounge, or 2-person SuperSac, while streaming your favorite shows.
The `Foodie` Kitchen: Spacious and fully equipped for culinary lovers! Features a filtered water fridge, food processor, crockpot, blender, air fry & convection oven, convection toaster oven, and even an electric S`more maker.
Coffee Bar: Includes a coffee maker, Keurig, French Press, and a bean grinder.

PET POLICY (Strictly Enforced): This home is pet-friendly only with prior approval. A $100 cleaning fee applies.
Rules: Pets must be crated when left alone, leashed outside, and you must pick up the yard. Shedding breeds must use the provided `duck sheets` (found in the hall closet) if getting on the couch. Pets are NEVER allowed in beds. Any signs of pets in beds or excessive hair will result in a minimum $100 penalty fee.
Parking: Shared driveway parking. You may park up to 2 vehicles (please park to the far left in front of the unit`s stairs). NO TRAILERS allowed in the parking lot.
Check-In/Out: You will receive a renter-specific key code via email prior to check-in. Photo ID may be required.
Age Requirement: Must be at least 25 years old to book.
House Rules: Absolutely NO smoking and NO events/parties. Any damages will be charged back at cost plus 20%.
Location & Nearby Attractions:
Marinas: Deerfield Cove Marina (2.0 miles), Springs Dock (5.1 miles), Sugar Hollow (10.3 miles).
Day Trips: Cove Lake State Park (~19 miles), Knoxville (~51 miles), Great Smoky Mountains (~91 miles).
A separate rental agreement via the management company is required upon booking.
Primary renter must be at least 25 years old to book.
Security deposits cc holds are required and returned approximately 14 days or less after departure.
Strict guest limits are enforced (children over 3 count toward the total); use of blow-up mattresses or tents to exceed capacity will result in eviction without refund.
No unauthorized pets, house parties, fireworks, RVs, campers, motorcycles, or off-road vehicles are permitted in the resort.
Locked owner closets and garages are strictly off-limits; tampering results in loss of security deposit.
Please inspect the home upon arrival and report any issues within one hour; no refunds are provided for mechanical failures or inclement weather.

Had a great time, had everything we needed, very quiet. Had to rent a boat slip separate from this rental at deerfield marina, easy enough. One bath made it a little rough at times for 4 adults but managed. Communication was not the best. We didn’t see the number of the unit upon getting there so I text and they didn’t respond until the next day. Luckily we ended up finding the unit number. (our husbands were looking for it in our defense…it wasn’t THAT hard to see).

The place was just as described. The host was AMAZING! She checked in with us the next day to see if we needed anything and gave suggestions for restaurants! Very accommodating.

Very first time ever being in Tennessee and we decided to try HappyDazs and by far the very best decision we made. Very roomy very clean beautiful view to sit and have your morning coffee or even enjoy the stars at night. We will definitely be back for another stay.

This was an ideal stay. There was a beautiful view, close access to a pool and the home had a well stocked kitchen. The host gave us hints about the area and were very available. I will be bs k!
