This spacious fully furnished house has 3 full bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, finished heated attached double garage, wireless Internet, 5 TV’s with cable package, dishwasher, washer, dryer, central air, ping pong table, big backyard with high quality glass backboard and 24ft by 20ft basketball court, and a finished heated attached double garage with a tv!! Pet friendly with the landlord approval.

The house was warm, which is important in subzero temps! The garage was great. We really enjoyed all four large comfortable beds. We were amazed by the 8 huge TVs. And thank you for the slightly early arrival.

This comfortable home was excellent for my extended family in town for UND graduation. The neighborhood was quiet. We had three children (12,12,18) and they were excited to see there was ping pong, basketball, and a huge smart TV with two big couches. My elderly mom had her own bathroom. We stayed in the basement with our own bathroom. We were also there during a tornado warning! So it was nice to have a place with its own basement. The other graduation families had to evacuate to a hotel shelter with dozens of strangers. Everything was fine, it’s the Midwest, but something to consider if you’re traveling during tornado season. The place was super clean and had everything we needed. Washer, dryer, coffee, kitchen supplies. It was also nice to have garage space for both cars! I’ve stayed in bougie vrbos with towels folded into swans and wine and rose petals on the bed, this is not that. This is a clean comfy home for a family, well stocked and spacious. Enjoy!
