1 Queen-size bed - brand-new DreamCloud mattress October 2023, smart Roku TV and closet with mirrored sliding doors, etc.

Ceramic glass cooktop, Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, convection microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, etc. There is NO OVEN.
Living room:
48-inch smart Roku TV with Spectrum cable TV, sectional sofa, dining table with 2 chairs, etc.
Bathroom:
Walk-in shower with grab bars.
Patio:
2 chairs with a small table.
Beach chairs and clothesline:
The clothesline for hanging your wet swimming suit and beach towels is located on the side of the building behind small gate.
There are beach chairs in a storage box in the same location.
Guest access:
Guests have full access to the swimming pool, picnic area with cabana and grill, and coin-operated laundry. The outdoor shower to rinse off the sand is in the pool area next to the cabana.

There are many things to do in Madeira Beach and this property is centrally located to everything imaginable!
There are many dining and entertainment options in the area.
Within walking distance there are Caddy's Madeira Beach, Coastal Tacos, Dockside Dave's, The Reef bar and grill, Pete's Sushi & Poke, Lucky Lizard Tap House, Daiquiri Shak Raw Bar & Grille and some more.
Sweet Brewnette Cafe is a great place for breakfast and it's just 4 minute walk.
Convenience store "Island Supermarket" is right next to our complex and Speedway gas station is just one block away.
Winn-Dixie grocery store and CVS Pharmacy is 0.5 mile from our place.
Famous John's Pass Village & Boardwalk is just 1 mile away with many more restaurants and bars, unique retail shopping, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing, and jet skiing.
