IMPORTANT: A building is currently under construction on the lot across from the property, with work hours Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. There may be more noise than usual; we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. For this reason, special rates are being offered temporarily.
The apartment features a living-dining room with an open kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a master bedroom with two beds.
The living room has a sofa bed and a balcony overlooking the garden. Private parking.

It features a master bedroom with two separate 90x190 cm beds.
The living room has a very spacious 160x195 cm sofa bed with a memory foam mattress, where two adults can sleep comfortably.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all kitchenware, a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee maker, and a microwave with a grill.
The bathroom has a washing machine with a capacity of up to 8 kg.

Garden with a community pool featuring lounge chairs for sunbathing and relaxing.
On the rooftop of the Torre Doy building, there is a sun deck where you can soak up the sun and take in the wonderful views of Canyamel Bay. It is also equipped with lounge chairs and armchairs so you can relax and watch the sunset over the Canyamel Valley.
