Please note that only registered guests can use the common areas (gym and pool). Visitors are allowed in the unit, after signing-in at the main lobby.
Other details to note
All listed amenities including the condo and rooftop pool are available and fully equipped for your pleasure. Please note that other amenities such as the sauna are currently under development.
All drinks and food consumed at the pool must be purchased from the rooftop bar and restaurant, any violation of this rule will result in a fine equivalent to $500 dollars.
Guests will be required to wear access wristbands while using the common areas during their stay.
There are plants on the property, and to keep everything looking great, our gardener visits every Thursday for about 20 minutes, any time between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., to tend to them.
Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more. Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them.
The building is close to a main road, so there may be occasional traffic noise.

Enjoyed my stay. It is a beautiful place. The rooftop heated pool is amazing and one of the most beautiful pools I’ve ever seen. My unit was very clean and massive. It was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Some street noise at times but didn’t interfere with my stay. Bed was very comfortable. Good location. You do have to cross a busy street (no crosswalk) but usually was no issue honestly. Walkable to most of what ZR has to offer including the beach (10-15 min walk). Concierge was helpful and responsive. Gym was very nice and clean. Never busy. I would say again.

Loved this condo! The condo was clean, comfortable and fully equipped. The pool is perfect and staff is always willing to help.Plus, its a 5 minute walk to restaurants, bars and the beach. We will definitely stay again! But, one tip. Don't use their transportation. The driver dropped us off at the wrong place when arriving and the return airport trip was in a cab with no air conditioning. For the price, Uber would have been a much better option!
