About this villa rental
Villa Lipsos 2 is a newly built (2023), 3 bedroom villa located in the Kalamar district of Kalkan, offering a private pool and plenty of outdoor space.
This light and airy villa is perfect for a family or group of friends looking for a comfortable and modern retreat. The villa is just a 3-minute walk from local shops and restaurants, and a 10 to 15-minute walk to the town centre and harbour.
For larger family or friend groups, the villa can also be rented in conjunction with its neighbouring identical villas, Lipsos 1, 3, and 4. Up to 24 guests can be accommodated in all throughout the four villas.
Ground Floor
Entrance to the villa is reached through a private garden and leads directly into a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area on the ground floor. The modern kitchen is equipped with a fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, water dispenser and a separate breakfast bar with 2 stools.
The dining table and chairs for six provide ample space for guests to enjoy meals together. The adjacent living area boasts a TV and TV unit, large comfy L-shaped sofa, and coffee table. Sliding doors lead to the pool area and BBQ/outside dining area.
First Floor
The first floor comprises two en-suite double bedrooms. The first bedroom also features a jacuzzi within the room, while the second bedroom has a corner bath in the bathroom. Both bedrooms lead to their own wrap-around balconies with stunning views.
Second Floor – Villa Lipsos 1
The second floor is home to the third bedroom, which features twin beds and sliding doors leading to a spacious roof terrace with mountain and harbour views.
