Just a 9-minute walk to Science World SkyTrain station and 10 minutes to Rogers Arena & BC Place stadium district — perfect for concerts, hockey games, soccer events (including FIFA 2026 matches at BC Place), or easy travel around Vancouver.
We're on a residential block on Main Street, close to vibrant Chinatown with dozens of great restaurants and shops.
Grocery convenience is excellent:
• Costco & T&T Supermarket (10–12 min walk)
Epicurean delights nearby:
• Michelin-starred Kissa Tanto (~5 min walk) & Barbara (~7 min walk)
• Plenty of Main Street eateries to explore
Outdoor options:
• False Creek paths for jogging, cycling, or waterfront walks (~9 min to Concord Community Park / seawall start)
The Space
Our condo offers approx. 560 sq.ft. of total space, including the private balcony, and is comfortable for up to two guests. The private balcony provides a convenient outdoor spot for fresh air or coffee. Inside you'll find a full kitchen with essentials, dedicated workspace, in-unit washer/dryer, portable air conditioning, bathtub, high-speed WiFi, fresh towels/shampoo/conditioner, hair dryer, and French press coffee.

Parking Note
There is no dedicated parking included, but street parking is often available nearby. For overnight stays, many guests choose nearby paid garages, such as Stadium District lots or hotel parkades, for extra peace of mind. Please check posted signs and avoid leaving valuables visible in your vehicle.

Perfect location for us. Close to the downtown. Close enough to walk. Discovered a yummy dessert bun place nearby. Suite was perfect. Comfortable, loved the washer/dryer. Cozy.
