GUEST VERIFICATION:

To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.



Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:

- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.

- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.

- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book.



The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!

This is a lovely house that seemed at first to be ideal for our family group of an older couple, a young couple with a 30 month old, and a single mom with 2 school-aged children. We booked many months before our stay, and the cost averaged out over $700 per night, given the fees. The property consists of a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house and separate garage-sized studio unit with bathroom and "kitchen" with under-counter fridge/freezer and full-size microwave. A lovely well-furnished front porch and a back porch with chairs were nice places to sit mornings and evenings... although there was dog poop in the backyard grassy area. The place was cleaned well on the inside, but was not at all clean on the back porch (which is accessible from both the studio and main house). The chairs were dirty and there were spider webs. The main kitchen seemed well-equipped. There were 2 coffee makers, one a Keurig and the other a regular coffee pot that takes flat-bottomed filters. The range was brand new and the oven worked well. There was a nice refrigerator with a great ice maker (although the dispenser didn't work). The dishwasher worked very poorly and many of the larger dishes didn't fit into its slots. There was plenty of pantry space and a griddle I was looking forward to using for our large group, but the cord was nowhere to be found. There were no cleaning supplies other than dish soap. The beds all creaked and were overly firm. There were plenty of towels and extra pillows.

Enjoyed very much- house was roomy ,kitchen was roomy- pools close by , beach was a little walk but we managed to get there and have great time- neighborhood was nice - very fun time.

The way the property was shown in pics on line is not the way it actually was. Online indicates that you have immediate access to boardwalk to the beach. Not true. Quite a walk from the condo. The information at the condo states - " All of the TV's and WIFI have been checked to ensure they are operating correctly. Definitely not true. Only 2 of the 5 TV's worked. When I notified people, a representative came out and got 2 of the TV's working and said that they would come back with new remotes for the others. Never showed up again. One of the TV's that they got working, quit working and when I notified them again about it. Never resolved. A smoke alarm was laying, dismantled, on the kitchen counter. Not very safe. Very disappointed in the property and property owners/managers!! Very deceptive.
