About this house rental
Centrally located and beautifully furnished home ready to host family & friends alike for short trips or longer term stays. Fresh, open, & bright one level - 7 mins to Old Town & 13 mins to Sky Harbor. Heated pool (addt. fee), hot tub, pool basketball, propane bbq, outdoor dining & corn hole all make for backyard fun in the sun. Inside relax in one of 3 comfortable bedrooms w/ smart TV's in every room & enjoy a game of ping pong in the garage while watching your favorite team play. Pet friendly.
3 bedroom, 2 bath home with large and extremely open great room that is perfect for friends and family coming together to converse and enjoy each other's company. This is the owners second home and no detail has been overlooked.
Primary suite: Overlooking the backyard with private exterior access to back patio. King bed, closet, smart TV, ceiling fan, ensuite bathroom with large step-in shower.
Bedroom #2: Queen bed, desk with chair, smart TV, closet, ceiling fan.
Bedroom #3: Queen bed, large dresser, smart TV, closet, ceiling fan.
There is a large bathroom across from bedrooms 2 & 3 that has double sinks, and tub/shower combination.
Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for short or long term stays. Enjoy tons of seating at the island countertop open to the dining and living areas so everyone can visit and entertaining is a breeze. Stainless appliances with new gas cooktop. Dining table for 8. Keurig coffee maker with large pot drip or single serve options. Plasticware for outside drinking and dining. Kids dishes, cups and silverware. The living room area has large sectional sofa plus comfortable recliner for watching your favorite sport on the 85" smart TV. Guests can shoot pool and still be in the mix of everything going in the main living space or can walk out to the garage and play ping-pong. Board games for all ages.
Pet friendly for up to 1 dog subject to management approval. Must have approval to bring pet and pay additional pet fee. Please inquire with host.
Pool can be heated October through April for an additional fee of $75/day (minimum 3 days) or $450/week. There are 3 chaise lounges & a 2 seater day bed for enjoying the Arizona sun. There are also two Adirondack chairs and a hammock for ultimate relaxation. Pool noodles and kids life vests are at the property for guest use.
Pack-n-play & highchair available. Garage is available for guest use. Can fit one car in the garage with the ping-pong table open or can fit two with it closed and folded up. The washer/dryer are located in the garage and are available for guest use.
Guests have access to the entire home plus the attached 2 car garage & the entire backyard. Only area guests do not have access to is one closet in the primary suite, one small coat closet in the hallway & a couple locked cabinets in the garage.
Pool heat is additional $75/day for a minimum of 3 days or $450/week. We need minimum 48 hour notice to heat the pool, it takes time, especially in the middle of winter. Pool heater is controlled by management remotely.
The pool is serviced once a week. You will be made aware of the day and approximate time the pool service arrives. Landscaper comes every two weeks, you will be made aware of landscaping day and approximate time upon check-in. Pest control comes once a month, we will let you know if your stay coincides with a pest control visit.
All essentials are provided: sheets, towels, pool towels, paper products, shower toiletries, and laundry supplies. High speed internet throughout. Each room has a ceiling fan and room darkening shutters.

There are no cameras inside the home or in the backyard. There is one camera by the front door, one mounted above the garage pointing at the driveway, and one on the side of the home pointing towards the side gate that accesses the backyard. There is a noise monitoring device in the living area of the home, it does not record conversations, it simply alerts us if the noise decibel reaches a certain level in the home which typically indicates a party.

I took a girls trip and chose this home for its 3 bed 2 bath and private pool. The layout of the home was very nice. The pool was small but perfect for us. Please note that the pool had no shallow end so if you come with small children it’s a good thing to be aware of. The neighborhood was good and we took several walks even after dark and felt safe. Unfortunately there was some utility work going on 4 of the 5 days we were there right in front of the house that involved Jack hammering. So it wasn’t as quiet during the day as we had hoped. Working with the owner was a pleasure. She was always available and responded quickly when needed. The kitchen was very well equipped and the outside undercover eating area was great to have. We will definitely come and stay again.

We just enjoyed a week at Pima Palms. It was such a clean, comfortable rental. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Furniture was very clean and beds were super comfy. The best part was the beautiful, sunny backyard with a pool and lots of floaters to lounge in the pool for hours. Very close to the 101 where you can get to anything and everything. So many great restaurants and shopping nearby. Will definitely stay here again when visiting our son who lives here

The house was beautiful, clean and equipped with everything that you need. A home away from home for sure! The location of the house is great! Just a quick jaunt to get to shopping and restaurants and not far from the airport. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.
