Residence of the 70s, calm and sunny 4 floors, offering very beautiful view. Communal parking not covered free of charge at the bottom of the residence. Access is via stairs. The slopes are about 200 meters away and the shops are close by (sports shops and mini market).
Apartment of about 35m2 composed of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, opening onto a south / west balcony, a bedroom with double bed giving also on the balcony (west), a sleeping area separated from the entrance and the bedroom by a curtain, a bathroom with bath and separate toilet.
This property is located about 200 meters from the slopes and a staircase give access to the residence.
Equipment: fridge, oven, microwave, electric hobs, TV, WIFI.
Rented with a ski locker.
Sleeps: 1 comb bed, 1 double bed, 2 bunk beds recommended fro children, only from 6 years old).
Sanitary: A bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
Free outdoor public parking nearby. No reservation possible.
Good to know: Bed linen is included and delivered at the apartement (except summer and short stays).
You can book your lift passes, your ski equipment and your ski lessons at spécial prices.
You will collect the services ordered upon arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid by credit cart at your arriving. It will be not possible to pick up the key without the paiement of this deposit.
INFORMATION: the furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Fabric covers should not be removed from beds and left clean, beds should be undone properly with duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any breach of these instructions will be invoiced on deposit: 10 € per bed, 25 € per missing mattress, 300 € for the replacement of the furniture.
