About this villa rental

Located in Üzümlü Village, this holiday villa has three bedrooms and a capacity of 6 people. Surrounded by abundant greenery, our villa with Mediterranean architecture has a swimming pool and a shallow pool. You can enjoy the sun loungers in the shallow pool. In the outer part, there is also a sitting group consisting of a shower and an L seat. There is also a portable barbecue.

There is a living room and an open-plan kitchen in the entrance section of our single-floor villa. Our master bedroom has a large double bed and a jacuzzi.

It is 15-20 minutes (approximately 10 km) drive from Kalkan city center and 2.5 km from the village square, mosque and restaurant. For your shopping, you can ask for takeaway from the markets in the village square.

The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 4 nights or less there is an additional charge of 2500 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .
