About this house rental
Nestled in the heart of popular Levy Park in Midtown, this spacious 1930’s home with modern upgrades and a vintage vibe has plenty of room for guests to spread out and be comfortable. It's just a short walk to midtown restaurants, bars, coffee shops, a brewery and beautiful Lake Ella. It’s also just a 5-7 min drive to hospitals, downtown & universities. This home is clean, quiet, and close to everything with a fully-fenced backyard and sun porch to enjoy coffee or a cocktail. Pet-friendly too!
The space
LIVING
All furnishings, fabrics and accessories create a harmonious feel, with a touch of vintage luxury! For your entertainment, there's fast WiFi, and two 55" smart TVs. There is also a nice patio overlooking the beautiful fenced-in back yard, as well as a bright heated and cooled sunroom. Enjoy the delicious fruit on the Calamansi tree (mandarin orange/lime mix). No Smoking please (patio only).
COOKING
We provide guests with a complete cooking experience with essential supplies, utensils and appliances. Kitchen is fully stocked and includes a range, large fridge, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, tea kettle, dishware and cookware. There is also a charcoal grille on the patio.
SLEEPING
The three bedrooms feature comfortable beds with quality linens (2 King/1 Q). The home can accommodate up to 8 guests with the additional air mattress.
PARKING
There is space for 3 cars in the two driveways, and also plenty of street parking available for 2 or 3 more.
ACCESSIBILITY
For persons with mobility impairments, there is wheelchair ramp entrance in the garage. Once inside, everything is on one level and there is a step free shower with bench and grab bar. The 2nd shower also has a grab bar and a low step.
Other things to note
The house was built in 1931. We strive to keep everything as clean and well-maintained as possible, but please be aware that this is a 90-year-old house. So if the floors are uneven or a window is stuck, the quirks are just part of its charm!
Pets are absolutely welcome, but pet fee must be paid. Thanks!

This was our second stay at this property which we chose for its location near our local family members. The house is old as typical of the neighborhood but convenient to central Tallahassee and has plenty of room for a family. Liked the handicapped access and shower safety features. The kitchen is basically equipped but not for cooking large meals which we did not need. We would return if we have need of space for more people

We chose the house because it was in a good location for our 2 week visit with our family. The house is old as typical for the neighborhood but spacious and suitable for our needs. Beds were comfortable and we appreciated the handicapped shower and ramp entrance. Garage was a bonus we will be staying again

House was exactly as described. Clean, and more spacious than I would think. Location is perfect if you are visiting FSU. Celebrated my daughter’s Graduation with Family. Host was very responsive.
