LIVING
You’ll have everything you need to have a relaxing stay in this well-appointed private townhome including comfortable bedding, large rooms, washer, dryer, fully stocked kitchen, smart thermostat, convenient parking and more. For your entertainment, there's fast WiFi, board games and two 50" smart TVs. There is also a beautiful park you can walk to across the street with 2 miles of shaded nature trails, a dog park and a lake full of turtles!
COOKING
We provide guests with a complete cooking experience with essential supplies, utensils and appliances. Kitchen is fully stocked and includes a range, full fridge, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, dishware and cookware. There is also a charcoal grill available on the back patio.
SLEEPING
The bedroom features a comfortable King bed with quality linens. The home can accommodate up to 4 guests with the living room futon.
PARKING
There is space for 2 cars out front, and also plenty of visitor parking available.
Other things to note
Pets are absolutely welcome, but pet fee must be paid.
Guests do not have access to a mailbox during their stay and should get a PO Box if needed.

Check in was easy for a VRBO novice who was not savvy with my computer. The place was so much better than a little hotel room; location was great and I even went to Mission San Luis across the street and enjoyed learning and experiencing old Florida.
