About this cottage rental
House adjoining that of the owners with a surface area of 90m2 located in the heart of the bocage in the middle of nature and 5km from Villedieu-les-Poêles, city of copper, direct train from Paris.
People in search of nature, lovers of the sea and the countryside, history, water sports, walking and mountain biking will find what they are looking for.
This cottage is ideally located to visit the region, 35 minutes from Mt St-Michel and Granville with links to the Channel Islands and 1 hour from the landing beaches.
The accommodation
On the first floor
You will find a fully equipped kitchen:
a gas hob,
an electric oven,
a microwave,
a Senseo coffee maker,
a toaster,
a kettle.
A shower room with toilet.
In the living room you will find:
a wood stove,
Free Wi-Fi connection
A TV with French and English satellite channels.
Upstairs
There is a double bedroom with a 140cm bed
There is also a bedroom with 2 single beds of 90cm
Outside
A gravelled patio with a table and 4 chairs,
A barbecue.
Other remarks
Bed linen is provided for all beds (fitted sheet, duvet cover and duvet, pillowcase and pillow).
Towels are provided.
2 dish towels are provided per stay.
We accept dogs up to 25kg.

The house is beautiful, very clean, and tastefully furnished. It has everything you need. On hot days, it stays pleasantly cool and comfortable. Damien and Delyth are wonderful hosts—very friendly and helpful. You feel right at home and truly welcome here!We will come back as promised.

Damien and his wife were two wonderful hosts who were immediately on hand for every little request. A nice chat in between was always possible. And of course the area is great too.
