Modern apartment in a Private Villa with a STUNNING Front Ocean view on the bay of Juan les Pins. Enjoy the private top floor terrace or play pétanque in private garden. With two ensuite bedrooms up to 4 guests can chill in this unique Villa of the French Riviera. A locked garage with its own charging station. Park up to 3 cars. This is the upper floor apartment with direct access to the top floor terrace. The villa is divided into two distincts two bed apartments. They can be joined upon request. A private concierge is always a phone call away Neighborhood is convenient with direct access to the sand beach across and all groceries few minutes walk. Note: there is a railroad across the property. Access via stairs only. Do not touch the watering or electrical system. Children are not to be left alone on the top floor terrace or the yard. There are some outdoors cameras on the property for your safety. Always lock all doors.

Smoking inside is strictly prohibited. There is 1000€ fee if smoke is smelled inside.
Cigarette butts have to disposed of outside in ashtrays and not left on the grounds.
All trash must be taken out to the bin on a regular basis.
An infant will counted as a 6th person. So maximum is total of 6 including infant.
