About this house rental
Falcon Lodge is a 4,500 sq ft ski-in, ski-out home featuring 6 bedrooms and 6.5 baths, all tastefully decorated. Three separate a living rooms plus a large stone wood-burning fireplace provide plenty of space for a large group to spread out. The gourmet kitchen offers a Thermador gas range and stove, Sub-Zero Refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher, trash compactor and is fully stocked with all utensils and cookware. A dining area has room to seat 16 guests.
Additional spaces include a large indoor ski-equipment storage area, a gas fire-pit and outdoor patio complete with a BBQ area and a Hot Springs Hot Tub. The home also offers an extensive home audio system, numerous board games and multiple TVs - perfect for when you just want to relax at the house after a full day of activities. We aim to ensure your group has a fabulous stay, and Falcon Lodge has been outfitted for this purpose!!
Enjoy the fresh air and beautiful views from Falcon Lodge's wrap-around deck and three additional outdoor patios! Venture up to Beaver Creek Village to take part in the activities that include: world-class downhill skiing/snowboarding, mountain-biking trails, disc-golf courses, snowshoe tours, and cross-country skiing paths at Beaver Creek's Nordic Center,. There are hiking trails, horseback rides, miniature golf, ice skating, spa treatments, numerous live-music festivals, and incredible shopping to name just a few!!
Beaver Creek Resort is the ultimate luxury getaway, and this is a wonderful home from which to enjoy it!
Skiing
To reach the slopes, you'll walk to the end of the road and ski down to Chair 15, Beaver Creek Landing. From there, go up Chair 15 to reach Bachelor Gulch Village and Chair 16. The rest of Beaver Creek Mountain can be accessed from there.
Please note additional cleaning services may be required based upon the size of your group. If so, a Vail Butler representative will contact you to discuss.
Rental Agreement
All reservations are required to have a signed rental agreement on file with Vail Butler in order to be considered confirmed. Rental agreements will be reviewed and signed digitally. Depending upon the booking channel on which you reserved, this agreement is likely to be shared in a follow up email.
Check In Instructions:
Check in instructions and/or a home guide will be sent to guests via a text message link 72 and 24 hours prior to arrival. Guests must ensure a valid cell phone number is on file. Otherwise, check in instructions will not be received.
Nonrefundable Fees
Please note the booking fee and credit card processing fee are non refundable and are due at the time of booking.

This beautiful home has it all! Pretty, spacious rooms with comfy beds - even one conveniently located just as you take off your ski boots which our 4 year old granddaughter used to catch an apres ski nap. A fully equipped kitchen with matching silverware and dishes to share our family dinners and a table large enough to accommodate all of us. Each bedroom had its own beautifully appointed bathroom. The large outdoor hot tub was a huge hit for all ages for different reasons - the youngs for the fun, the olds for the soothing jets. We were able to ski in and out, but sometimes used the convenient shuttle. Our family truly enjoyed our special time together. There were many fun games to play and the office was helpful when some of us had to put in a work day or two. The house is perfect and the ski conditions were ideal. We couldn’t have hoped for anything better!

It was nice to meet Paige at the house when it was available. Her introduction to the property was vey helpful and down loading the information from the binder made our stay delightful. The location and size of the home was perfect for our family ski trip. The resort shuttle service made it possible not to have to drive our car. We would love to came back here for another family gathering and ski trip!
