Excellent property to enjoy the annual rodeo. Hosts are welcoming and friendly. We loved staying here!

Nice couple who run the property and overall nice place but it needs some origination.
Personal items were left out, kitchen drawers need organizing and cleaned, bar stools had stains on all of them.
Overall it’s a nice property and was clean on the surface but dirty in the details.
Owners need some education on industry practices as I think we were one of their first rentals.
