Beautifully presented with room for the whole family, we welcome you to and step inside to indulge yourself in this luxurious holiday home, featuring heated outdoor pool, 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchen and living areas and expansive Ocean and Coastal views.
This stylish home is perfect for extended family trips for work or play.
Watch the whales swim by (seasonal) from the rear patio and enjoy exploring the 6.6km Port Kembla Beach and all nearby Wollongong and Shellharbour city centres.

With a full kitchen both downstairs and upstairs, this property is perfect for the extended family.
Featuring 4 bedrooms downstairs with a total of 3 bathrooms on this level, there is room for everyone.
Architecturally designed with plenty of living space for everyone.
You are welcomed by the pool and entertaining area which is where you will be spending your summer days after exploring the local beaches.
In the winter you will be watching for whales from the upstairs patio or lounge room.
There is a second kitchen and living area upstairs along with an alfresco dining area on the patio.
The master bedroom and ensuite is located on this level also.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
All guests will be issued with terms and conditions prior to booking and the detailed house information and house rules will be on display at the property.
Pool Heating is upon request
Guests will have access to the entire house, there is no garage access.

My family had a great stay at the Opulence property. It was a clean and well designed space with plenty of room for all to relax or dine and lovely views to enjoy. The beds were all very comfortable and the heated pool was a lovely bonus. I’d just point out that there isn’t much shade around the pool area so it could get really hot sitting on the outdoor lounge on the really sunny days. Luckily we had packed a beach tent which came in handy for this. A maintenance person had come by to check the pool which we hadn’t been informed of prior but i was easily able to confirm this with the property manager. I would definitely stay at this property again.
