The house was nice, good location, easy check in/out. My only complaint is that the water from the pipes had a bit of a smell to it (the faucets and the shower). Other than that everything was as advertised. Great for our Mardi Gras trip.

First off, the description and pictures are a completely accurate, what you see is what you get. The area of the home is 5 mins away from anything you need and close to everything. The house is dated and it’s an older home but honestly the price is a great deal for what you get. We weren’t planning on being at the house for more than sleeping, but if we had to be inside it would have worked perfectly fine. It doesn’t have a lot of extras but it has everything you need. The host was easy to communicate with and we had no issues. Being that the house is older the doors catch on the floor and the water has a smell from the well but nothing was a deal breaker and we would definitely stay here again.

Although the location was perfect and the house looked as expected we were very disappointed with the cleanliness, or lack there of. Furniture was stained, hair and small pieces of trash were all over the floor and it was clear it wasn’t vacuumed or swept before we checked in.
