The beautiful rustic villa Mediterranean Estate represents luxurious perfection that will not leave you indifferent! The perfect combination of modern and rustic will delight every guest looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. The villa is located in Uskoplje, a small town 18.3 km from the city of Dubrovnik, and 5.5 km from the city of Cavtat, and is ready to provide you with much-needed rest of soul and body and is ideal for escaping from the hectic everyday life! Likewise, in just 3.8 km you will reach the pebble beach Žal, where you can explore the depths of the sea and refresh yourself during the hot summer days.
It was built in 2020, is fully air-conditioned, and offers its guests 205 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 852 m2. A maximum of 14 people can stay in the villa, while the optimal number is 12 people. Guests will be accommodated in 6 beautifully decorated bedrooms, and the villa also has 6 bathrooms with bathtubs and showers. There are 5 rooms in the main house, and in the auxiliary building, which is outside the main house, there is also a 26 m2 apartment with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. In the area next to the pool there is a sofa bed for two people. This elegant villa has sea views from all rooms except the gallery which contains two armchairs, and a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
In the beautifully decorated living room, you will relax on the corner sofa, and there is also a coffee table, a chest of drawers, and a TV. Next to the living room is a modern kitchen equipped with everything needed to prepare meals for the whole family and friends. The kitchen also has a bar with four bar stools. In the dining room, there is a dining table with 12 seats.
On the outdoor terrace, you can comfortably refresh yourself in the heated pool of 34 m2, 1.6 metres deep, next to which there is a sun deck with 8 deck chairs for relaxing and fully enjoying the sun. There is also an outdoor charcoal or wood grill on the terrace, which is the perfect place to prepare traditional dishes. In the same way, you can enjoy it on the outdoor furniture thanks to the panoramic view of the greenery and the surroundings, and the children will have more than enough space to play and have fun.
Additional features of the villa include a washing machine, dryer, and iron, and there is also 1 separate toilet. With the prior agreement and upon request, it is possible to use a feeder and a baby cot.
The courtyard of the villa is fenced and offers 2 private parking spaces, while there are 3 more spaces outside the courtyard. Outside the yard, there is a chill zone with a swing for resting and there is also a hammock.
