The good:Extremely convenient location and resort less than 20 minutes from the airport, 0.5 miles from a Walmart super center, lovely saltwater pool with poolside service, and beach access with full umbrella/towel/lounge service. There is a gift shop that has many things you might need immediately (ie sunscreen). The unit is on floor 8 and the pool/spa/fitness center is on floor 9 which made the single/slow elevator less impactful. My husband found a Groupon for an otherwise very pricey facial at the spa and my experience there was so restful and rejuvenating. The view is simply amazing. The bed is comfortable. We loved our stay! ***Of note, there are sand toys, goggles, boogie boards, and a baby tub in the bedroom closet left by prior stayers and us as well. The bad:1. As others have stated, cleanliness wasn’t top tier. And there were no simple cleaning supplies other than a featherweight Bissel which honestly does a decent job if you go slow enough. I vacuumed multiple times a day… There were definitely many hairs and such that did not belong to us. And I did notice some black mold on the back of the icemaker. The extra non feather pillows were dirty and heavily soiled but I washed them and they came out very fresh. Overall it was acceptable, though. I just wish I had ordered some basics from Walmart like multi face spray and disinfectant wipes. I’m a very clean person and typically leave a rented space cleaner when I leave but it was difficult in this case. 2. Supp

The unit was very nice and clean with an amazing view. The amenities were great, the pool was lovely. We had a wonderful time on the balcony taking in the gorgeous view. Everything we could have asked for in a relaxing vacation.

Our stay was just average. The unit could definitely use a more thorough cleaning especially the carpet and lamp shades. The customer service was frustrating; you have to go through two separate third-party companies, who then reach out to the owner just to get approval for basic requests like early check-in. The resort is supposed to take care of you during your stay, but that’s where the lack of service really showed, which likely explains why the unit wasn’t as clean as it should be. I was only there for two days, so I tried to make the most of it, but honestly, I was ready to head home. Also, there’s only one elevator on the residential side, and with the unit being on the 8th floor, I ended up taking the stairs more than I wanted to.

The apartment and property are great. I’d take the steps as much as possible. The elevators are slow. Also grocery shop ahead of time. Although there’s a coffee maker, there’s no coffee as I’d thought the listing stated and it was hard to find a cup of coffee before 7 am. No one was open. Even the ones that said they’re open. The property is beautiful. Amazing sunrises. Can walk to everything including groceries, other hotels, Walmart. Eating is pricey in the complex and anywhere nearby. But there’s plenty of cookware and fridge space. Contacting the host was so confusing. I would get bounced by the host company to the building staff. Building staff to host company. No one could help with early check in. I never got early check in. But worse- I never got an answer from anyone. Several people “opened a case” but - crickets on that. No ability for late check out either. And with a late flight- it was not easy since they take your amenities bracelets at check out. Emails came from HYDE. And LYFE. And Evolve. I didn’t know who was who or what was what. The confusion didn’t stop this from being a lovely place to stay.

This is an Airbnb, not the hotel itself. The woman at check in was extremely rude and refused to answer normal questions - just telling me I needed to go through Airbnb. There was only 1 elevator for 40 floors and it was shut down multiple times. The room looked nice overall and had great views, but the shower needed a deep clean and there were stray hairs all over the place. Location and views were the highlight of the trip, but I would not call it luxury/high end.

The Apartment was Beautiful, but unfortunately the unit is Roach infested and it was absolutely disgusting.. The owner needs to invest in Pest control.

Hair everywhere, Roaches in the dish washer, the place was nice and the view was good but the cleanliness could’ve been better also there was some one throwing water of the balcony at the pool when they clearly fine people for those type of actions but nothing was resolved
