About this house rental
Casa Ammare, a wonderful beachfront retreat in southeastern Sicily, known for its late Baroque architecture, where all your senses will transport you back to a time when taking things slowly was the norm. Casa Ammare is perfect for a vacation away from the chaos of the city, in a location with easy access to sandy beaches and splendid cities featuring World Heritage monuments.
The house features 3 bedrooms—which can be converted into 4 if necessary—and can accommodate up to 8 guests.
The house is spread out over a single floor and offers a comfortable living room with a large sofa and seating for 8 guests.
Adjacent to the living area is the dining room, which features a small but comfortable terrace/courtyard. The modern kitchen completes this area.
A stone staircase with an iron handrail adds a contemporary touch to this space and leads to the laundry room. The blue-and-white hallway, reminiscent of typical seaside homes, leads to the sleeping area.
Here, there are 2 double bedrooms with private bathrooms and one bedroom with a shared bathroom.
The rooms are all tastefully furnished with a mix of vintage and traditional elements, and the bathrooms are modern and comfortable. It is possible to set up a fourth bedroom in the dining room to accommodate up to 8 people. The courtyard also features a convenient outdoor shower and a relaxation area.
Just 30 meters from the house is the beautiful sea with a small beach.
A long, sandy beach is about 120 meters away and offers lovely beach clubs and restaurants.

The moment we walked through the doors of the house, our mouths dropped open and our eyes widened, because the house, the view, and the town are spectacular!
The photos do not do this beautiful house justice. It is well appointed and very comfortable. We were met by Katia who gave the rundown and she felt immediately like an old friend. The town of Sampieri is very small and quaint, right out of a movie and I couldn't believe how incredibly well I slept in such quietness. We explored the area, which includes Ragusa, Modica and Scicli, but returning the house truly felt like coming home. I cannot wait to go back and spend a much longer period there.
