The kitchen, integrated into the same space, is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and all the necessary utensils to prepare your favourite meals.
The bedroom, located under the sloped ceiling typical of attic spaces, creates a cosy and charming atmosphere. The bathroom is fully equipped to provide you with everything you need for daily comfort.

HOW TO MOVE
-Puerta del Sol metro and commuter station (lines 1, 2 and 3)-Anton Martin metro station (line 1)
IMPORTANT NOTES:
-Due to the characteristics of the house, children under 12 years of age are not allowed, since we consider that the stairs may pose a risk to them.
-Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.
-Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.
-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.
-Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection.
-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.
-Please note that if your arrival is on the same day as your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.
