The 63 m2 apartment consists of a living room, three bedrooms, a separate kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. There is everything you need for living and recreation: furniture, household appliances, dishes, bed linen and towels. The balcony has outdoor furniture. The salon has air conditioning. TV Spanish, wireless Internet. The house has a large swimming pool, divided into children's and adult areas. The area has a well-developed infrastructure. To the supermarket "Dialprix" 250 meters, the nearest bar is only a hundred meters away. To the sea and two city beaches - Acequion and Los Naufragos - 350 and 500 meters, respectively. Accommodation option - up to 5 people (no animals!). Smoking is only allowed on the balcony!
The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
