Three bedroom villa in Villamartin!

We offer a spacious new house for tourist rental in a closed residential complex in the Villamartin area (Orihuela Costa). The villa consists of a large living room, 3 bedrooms, an American kitchen, 3 bathrooms, a terrace, and a private solarium. The residential complex has 2 public pools (one heated), a children's playground, and a beautiful green area. The villa is fully furnished and includes all household appliances (including a coffee machine and dishwasher), kitchenware, bed linens, and towels. The solarium has a cozy area with a barbecue. Spanish TV and wireless internet are available. The area has well-developed infrastructure: La Senia shopping center is approximately 2.5 km away. The nearest DIALPRIX store is 700 meters away. The sea and beach are about three kilometers away. Accommodation options: up to 7 people (strictly no pets!). Smoking is only allowed in open areas!



Check-in process from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM Monday through Friday and from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM on Saturdays. Check-out from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Check-in or check-out outside of office hours, on Sundays, weekends, and holidays incurs an additional fee of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM-3:00 PM, Sunday - closed. A deposit of 1000 euros is required upon check-in.
