We offer for tourist rent an apartment with two bedrooms in Orihuela in a house with a swimming pool and a tennis court! The 58 m2 apartment consists of a living room, two bedrooms, an American-style kitchen and a bathroom. There is no balcony. The apartment has everything you need for living and recreation: furniture, household appliances (including a dishwasher and coffee maker), dishes, linens and towels. The salon and both bedrooms are air conditioned. TV Spanish, wireless Internet. The house has a large swimming pool and tennis court. Supermarket Consum is 700 meters away. Sea and beach at a distance of 1 km. Accommodation option - up to 5 people (no animals!). Smoking in the apartment is strictly prohibited!
The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
