Cozy studio near the beaches of Los Locos and Del Cura!

We offer for rent a cozy bright studio within walking distance from the sea and two popular city beaches! The 38 m2 apartment consists of a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The studio has everything for living and recreation: furniture, household electrical appliances, dishes, bed linen and towels. There is air conditioning. TV Spanish, wireless Internet. The area has a well-developed infrastructure: the nearest bar is 50 meters away, a supermarket "SMAK" and a pharmacy are 60 meters away, a supermarket "Consum" is 400 meters away. The bus station is about 950 meters away. The sea and the beaches of Los Locos and Del Cura are 5-7 minutes walk (300 and 400 meters respectively). Accommodation option - two people (no animals!). Smoking in the apartment is strictly prohibited!
The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
