• All properties are contactless checkin. All check-ins begin at 4 PM unless otherwise approved in writing. Edits made in Airbnb to an earlier time do not override this policy.
• Late arrivals after 8 PM are still welcome, but live assistance may be limited.
• Local residents must message before booking. Non-inquiry local bookings may be canceled without refund.
• If making a reservation with a same day checkin, checkin time is subject to change depending on cleaning schedule for that day.
• Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 3% processing fee. This does not apply to HVMB reservations.

Communication with the property was always prompt. Check in process was very easy. Location was not bad, but not much within walking distance. One night we called the number listed in the property for the 15 passenger van for five dollars per person. Rest of the time Uber was priced reasonably. Property has a lot of stairs. Some are very slippery. Plenty of space for 10 of us. There were three couples and four singles. The kitchen had almost everything we needed, but couldn’t find a scissors. There were some extra games and decks of cards and dice there.Loved the open concept of the living, dining, kitchen area.The rooftop was spacious, but seating could use an upgrade.Overall, everyone in the group enjoyed the stay. Would stay again.

I loved everything about this booking from the great communication, easy check in, and spacious bnb with the cleanness of whole unit. The rooms were very homey. I would 10/10 recommend and book again. Thank you very much for my stay, we really enjoyed ourselves.

The location was great - not a bad drive to Broadway, airport, and hockey rink. The living room furniture is extremely uncomfortable for sitting around which we did a lot of between hockey games. There are a lot of stairs which makes an exhausting task unpacking. and carrying groceries. Any communication was quickly responded and the property manager was very helpful at my request for crib rental. Housekeeping was a little lax but I addressed it with the manager and I’mSure he will follow up. Paid 50 extra for noon check in which was hugely helpful in allowing me to get groceries put away before my first guests pick up at the airport. It was very cold during our visit so having a garage was wonderful. The bedrooms were comfortable and the private baths welcome.

Nice property with a lot of stairs (lol). There were 8 of us and we all fit comfortably. The garage was a nice touch since it rained one of the nights we were there. The place is not walking distance to anywhere, but there is a 15 passenger van you can book to take you anywhere for 5/person. The living area is large, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Would recommend as long as you’re not traveling with your 78 & 82 year old parents (like I said…a lot of stairs).
