This beautiful 2 bedroom / 2 bath condominium unit is located on the TOP floor of the Atlantic Plaza Condominium in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. Unit 701 is located on the 7th floor facing the Atlantic Ocean. The unit provides you and your family with a wonderfully safe place to relax, unwind and enjoy a tropical paradise in our quaint beachy town. From unique dining to long sandy beaches…New Smyrna Beach is a great place for a family-friendly experience for your Florida vacation. This unit features all tile floors and a tropical theme throughout. Also, each bedroom PLUS the living room have a TV. There is one recliner, a love seat and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Maximum occupancy is 6 persons (heartbeats!). Very beachy and well appointed. This unit exudes happiness!

We enjoyed our stay here. I liked having the property managers right there on site so that if you have a problem they could help. Only issues - elevator seems that it is held together with duct tape, and kitchen supplies were pretty spartan. But overall would stay again.
