Magnificent panoramic ocean views from the two-story living room and two large sun decks of this lovely oceanfront home. Canal views from the front porch with a swing. This elegant designer-decorated house (1K, 3Q, 2BB) features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, modern upscale décor, and a kid-friendly room with two bunk beds and a fun pirate/nautical theme. There are five bedrooms, each with a private bath. The large open floor plan and fully-equipped kitchen make this the ideal home for your relaxing, family vacation. The upstairs loft features a game table, and the home also has WIFI, 5 cable TVs, an icemaker, and a private pool.
This home offers an excellent location with an easy 5-block walk to the fishing pier or bridge. This home does not have a grill, but you can rent one for the week through one of the local beach equipment rental companies.
Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality'! Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.
This owner also provides bath & beach towel sets (one beach towel, one bath towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience. Beach and pool towels are not included.
