About this house rental
Take me to the ocean....
WOW! The ocean right outside the door! The Ocean 1 vacation home, which sleeps up to 6 people, is a real hidden gem right on the Baltic Sea, with an exclusive location on the south beach in quiet Brodau. What a panoramic view!
And the white sandy beach is just a short walk away via a small path.
Spread over two floors, this beach house offers a pure, utterly relaxed vacation atmosphere. The interior design is fresh and elegant: bright white, warm natural tones, combined with stylish black-and-white maritime photographs on the walls.
Lazy days—whether in the whirlpool tub, the sauna overlooking the Baltic Sea, by the warm wood-burning stove, or enjoying a sundowner on the large wooden terrace.
Ocean 1 features three bedrooms in the attic:
Bedroom 1 has a double bed; bedrooms 2 and 3 each have two single beds. The cozy box-spring beds combine style with superior sleeping comfort.
A special feature of Ocean 1: a guest restroom on the first floor.
At the beach house, luxury meets personalized guest service, free Wi-Fi, and child-friendly amenities such as a high chair and travel crib. Of course, you’re welcome to use the washer and dryer. Many useful items are already provided in the beach house, so you don’t need to bring them with you—such as cleaning supplies, dish towels, an ironing board, and an iron.
You can soak up the sun on the elevated wooden deck. Garden furniture, lounge chairs, and a beach umbrella are all there for you to enjoy. You can reach the beach in just a few steps via the private access.
Are you bringing your dog to the Baltic Sea? The fenced-in properties are also the perfect place for a wonderful vacation with your four-legged friend.
The dog beach is just a 10-minute walk away. From September 15 through May 15, you can take your dog to the beach right from your front door.
A paradise for kids, too: private, car-free access to the soft sandy beach and shallow, clear water. Within walking distance are two beautiful playgrounds and a mini-golf course.
Relax now.
Optional services:
- High chair: 5.54 EUR per stay
- Dog: 16.61 EUR per night
- Crib: 11.07 EUR per stay
