About this apartment rental
This 28m² studio apartment is located in the 3rd arrondissement, at the crossroads of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th arrondissements in the center of Paris. Between the trendy Marais district and the lively Les Halles district, it is nestled in a small historic (13th century) and quiet street (which can be occasionally lively in the evening), renowned for its art galleries.
The immediate area is very lively with many cafes, bars, clubs, restaurants, trendy shops and typical Parisian bistros. Extremely central, safe and convenient, it is close to all shops.
The accommodations are very well connected as it is close to the Châtelet-les Halles metro station (lines 1, 4, 7, 11 and 14; RER A, B and D). It provides direct access to Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports, Disneyland, and the Gare du Nord, Gare de l'Est, Gare de Lyon, Gare Montparnasse and Gare Saint Lazare.
Three public parking lots are available nearby (5 minutes walk).
Located on the first floor, the windows overlook the street and a small inner courtyard. It is ideal for a couple or solo. It includes:
- a double bed, in an intimate alcove
- a bathroom with sink, bath, toilet and washing machine, in the basement (vaulted ceiling 1m80 max)
- an equipped kitchenette, a sofa and a table for lunch or work
Bed linen is provided as well as towels (bath towel, towel and bath mat)
You will have at your disposal: Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, microwave oven and smart TV. A pedestal fan is provided in summer.
A welcome kit is provided including: tea bags, coffee capsules, shampoo, shower gel, liquid soap, toilet paper. (These products are not renewed during your stay).
