Communication was great, no issues at all. We drove in from out of state to visit with my Husbands family that live in the area so this location was perfect. We also both work from home so was able to work while at the home during the week. (Zero issues with WIFI). Very quiet area, park right next door for walking, and of course the Beach just a short drive away for walking/sight seeing.

Loved the decor in the house & it was fully equipped for cooking. The master bath was amazing!
Although it wasn’t as close to the water as expected the house was in a great location!
