La localisation est très bien, le studio est bien entretenue Très propre (sauf le canapé) SAV très réactive Bizarrement le canapé lit je l’ai trouvé très confortable j’ai très bien dormi Pas beaucoup de bruit dans la rue
J’ai eu un problème de code en entrant (qui s’est vite résolu) J’ai éternuée des heures + démangeaisons sur le corps en arrivant car trop d’utilisation produits chimiques utilisés pour masquer les odeurs Ça serait bien de passer le vaporeto sur le canapé car on a l’impression qu’il a pas été nettoyé depuis longtemps

Good location and nice flat, well finished and adapted for a few days journey. The key locker was a bit difficult to find, even with the pictures, but having a free access at anytime is very fine.
The 250€ deposit wasn't reimbursed within the 14 days announced. I had to ask many times to get it back. It took over a month to being reimbursed, which is not acceptable to me, especially for such a sum. The people I talked to was reactive and nice, but the financial service seems not efficient. By the way, the deposit was paid to Swikly but colleted by the lessor, which is not normal to me.
