The distance to the pool and having to pay to access

We were given the wrong keypad entry code, the phone number for our host wasn't correct! We spent an hour trying to call host and an email to the Netherlands certainly wouldn't help. I suggest Bookings.com have an emergency phone number for these types of issues.

Problems with no hot water, then when we had it, water in shower would surge and go front hot to cold. Several items were broken or didn't work. Master bathtub faucets had no water. Keurig coffee make was broken. handle on master bath vanity was broken.
