Multiple broken items in the home, blinds, microwave display screen, bar stool that was previously repaired fell apart when sat on. The dish washer door is broken-rapidly falls. No firewood, matches or wood available for indoor main floor fireplace. Basement fireplace blocked off. The basement is cold compared to main floor. Two of the three bedrooms are in the basement. The main floor is extremely hot to get the basement to a tolerable temp. The deck and railing is very weathered with splitters when using handle to climb stairs.
