Galveston beach front and ocean views at Casa Del Mar

The property was clean and maintained well, and it was Directly across from the beach, although if you’re planning on walking to the beach it is a steep hill to get up to the road. The second day we drove our truck and paid for parking off the road cause the hill was too hard to walk up with all the beach stuff and the kids. The parking on the Seawall was only 4$ for the whole day.

Had to pay 25$ for each car to park for the duration of the stay. I don’t think I read that anywhere on the description before booking. I’m just grateful I had the extra 50$ to park. There weren’t any extra blankets. I’m sure if I would have reached out they would have brought me blankets (they brought paper towels after we were already there) but we managed with what we had. My fault I’m sure.. it was only supposed to be 2 adults and 1 kid then my niece decided super last minute to pop up on us so it was 4 adults and 2 kids which they didn’t know about or I’m sure they would have provided enough blankets. Everything else was perfect! The beds in The hallway are tiny, I’m 5’4 and 175 and barely fit but it’s better than the floor! Overall a great stay! I would book again for sure!

Close to everything and a view of beach and ocean!

Could have used more towels and washrags. There were 3 of us for 4 days and we were given 1 hand towel, 5 bath towels and 4 washrags for whole stay.

La picina, casi no había gente, y el parking libre, de adentro estaba lindo, no me gustó la cama (se hundía horrible)

No encontré la lavadora y secadora cerca de donde me tocó y que en la referencia se veía vista al más y me tocó uno nada que ver :(
