El apartamento moderno, el orden y la limpieza. Además de la atención personalizada de parte del anfitrión, si bien fui con un amigo para ver el Mundial de Fútbol, el apartamento es ideal para una estadía Familiar.

Quizas, no poder ver los partidos del mundial en la TV del apartamento, eso nos dió la oportunidad de verlos en muchos restaurantes y bares que abundan en la zona. No te pierdes de la nada.

The appartment is in a good location if you are looking for a more affordable self-catering stay, being close to Newark Penn Station with its fast commuter trains to central Manhattan and beyond. The neighbourhood is safe, with a bit of a Portuguese / Brasilian flavour, even though you do see more police in one day than you would see in a month in the UK (maybe that's why it is safe!). The appartment was adequately equipped, though could have done with better quality utensils (hint: there is an Ikea nearby). But we coped using what was there. The nearby supermarket was excellent, but relatively expensive, even compared to those in Manhattan itself.

An obvious one this, but it can be noisy, especially at the weekend, as it is in a busy built-up area near an airport, and has an upstairs appartment that is separately rented. You need to regard that as part of the New York experience. The kitchen equipment and bed linen could have been of higher quality for not much additional expense, but are OK for their purpose. A second set of keys would have been useful for days when the group are doing different things, and hence returning at different times.
